1. Purpose
These terms govern the sale of licences for the isPlayer app, a media player. isPlayer does not provide, sell or host any audiovisual content.
2. Licences
A licence is tied to a single device, identified by its key. It is valid for one year or for life depending on the plan, from activation.
3. Free trial
Every new device gets a free trial. After it ends, a licence is required to keep using the app.
4. Customer responsibility
Customers add their own playlists and guarantee they hold the necessary rights to the content played. isPlayer cannot be held responsible for the content of those playlists.
5. Refunds
An activated licence cannot be refunded, except for a proven malfunction of the app that we are unable to fix.
